I teach Philosophy at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, but am also very interested in open education. I have taken several open online courses, including ETMOOC (Jan. -March 2013), ds106 (ongoing), Open Education at the Open University with Martin Weller. I have been involved in planning and facilitating two open online courses: Open Online Experience (Sept. 2013-May 2014) and Why Open? with the School of Open at P2PU (August 2013 and August 2014).
